Is this only Google Drive for meetings?+

Google Drive for recordings and transcripts is live today — including agency inbox vs client-folder routing. Gmail for email is live too. If your agency runs on another meeting or email stack, tell us on a demo; we prioritize connectors that unblock real adoption.

How does Base use meetings and emails for retention and expansion?+

Meeting sentiment, missed follow-through, and email tone feed Client Health. Stated needs, budget hints, and scope gaps in threads and calls feed Upsell Opportunities and Throughline — so retention saves and expansion pitches start from what clients actually said.

Does Base read my entire inbox or Drive?+

No. Only mailboxes and folders you explicitly connect. OAuth scopes are shown at connect time; revoke anytime from Data sources or your provider settings.

What's agency inbox vs client folder for meetings?+

Agency inbox: one shared recordings folder for triage and auto-assign. Client folder: a dedicated folder per client — new docs skip the inbox and land on that workspace immediately.
